One good thing about having a little down-time is having a chance to experiment. Our old Cookie-Base brownies were a huge hit before we went fully vegan, however our aversion to using margarine and palm oil based products meant its taken until now (nearly 4 years!) for us to crack a recipe we’re happy with, and here it is!
