We love developing new Brookie varieties, and choose nostalgic flavour combinations to give you the warm fuzzies.

Our brownie/cookie hybrid comes in 3 delicious (and tea-dunkable!) flavours:

‘Bonfire’ Brookie  = Spiced Cookie Base with Pumpkin Spice S’mores Marshmallow Brownie Top

️‍S’mores Brookie = Cookie base with Toasted Vanilla Marshmallow and Double Chocolate Chip Brownie Top

‎️‍Winter Fire Triple Ginger Brookie = Ginger Cookie Base with Crystallised Ginger Brownie Top

Our Brookies have been firm fan faves since developing our first vegan and palm oil free recipe back in 2018. And we know why: our trademark 70% dark chocolate brownie pairs perfectly with our homemade sweet and chewy cookie base.

Dreamy for tea dunking, or warmed with cream as a fancy pudd that you didn’t have to make (we won’t tell!)

Your parcel will be a plastic-free zone, as our packaging is all sourced responsibly and sustainably, and everything is either recyclable or compostable. So you can have your chocolate-fix with a clean conscience.

Delivery:
Usually dispatched via Tracked Royal Mail within 5 working days of ordering. You will receive a tracking email and text so if you’d like these sent elsewhere (i.e. to the recipient) please let us know the alternative email/telephone number in the comment box. Parcels are NOT letter box friendly (our brownies are too chunky) and we take no responsibility for missed or delayed parcels once they leave our kitchen.

Shelf life
Upon sending 10 days. Extend shelf life by refrigerating in airtight container or FREEZE ON DELIVERY
All brownies are baked to order in small batches so you can be sure of the irresistible quality in every bite, but may take a little longer during busy periods – drop us a message if you have any questions or need them for a particular date
